We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day. Enterprise customers with an active agreement receive prioritised response times as defined in their contract.
Do you offer onboarding support for new customers?
Yes. All enterprise customers receive an onboarding session with our engineering team to configure and deploy their Zitrino products correctly.
What if I have a billing or account question?
