Where does it run?Your cloud account, your VPC, your region. Self-hosted and air-gapped deployments supported for restricted data.
How do agents authenticate?Through your identity provider. Agents act with a scoped service identity, and user permissions are enforced per call rather than assumed at design time.
What can an agent actually do?Only what its tool contracts allow. Write actions are explicitly declared, scoped and idempotent, and can require approval by policy.

Do we need engineers to build agents?

No. The visual builder covers flows, branching and approvals without code, which is the point of a no-code/low-code platform. Engineering time goes into tool contracts and integrations, not into wiring each agent by hand.

Which models can GuideLite run on?

Any of them. GuideLite is model-agnostic, with multi-LLM configuration, routing and fallback, so you can change provider per agent or per step without rebuilding the workflow.

How are agents kept from going off-policy?

Every agent inherits input and output guardrails, PII protection and audit telemetry from ZNYX. Policy is enforced at run time rather than trusted to the prompt, and each decision is logged for later review.

Can a human approve steps before an agent acts?

Yes. Human checkpoints are a first-class part of a flow, so an agent can pause for approval before any consequential action and resume with the reviewer's decision recorded.

How do agents move from development to production?

Agents are versioned and promoted across Dev, QA and Prod environments, so a change is tested in isolation and released deliberately rather than edited live.

What does GuideLite connect to?
